U14 Ski Racing Program (born in 2003 or 2004)
U14 skiers continue to learn to train and improve their racing skills. Dryland training begins in September and the on-snow program begins at the end of November.
The U14 racers have the opportunity to train on weekends and two days during the week. They continue to develop their skiing skills while acquiring tactical skills in giant slalom and slalom.
U14 skiers train on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as through Christmas and Spring Break.

Racing Costs: Every skier is required to provide post-dated cheques for race fees. Any unused race fees will be reimbursed to the family.
U14 race fees are $1200. Cheques for $400 are to be post dated for January 1, 2017, February 1, 2017, and March 1, 2017. The post-dated cheques are to be included with registration.
Registration: Skiers must be registered before they begin dryland training. Registration must be done online using the registration system available on this website.
Club Fundraiser: Each year, the Apex Ski Club hosts a fundraiser dinner and silent auction. Tickets are $50 each and families must purchase two tickets upon registration. Families can use or sell their tickets.
For athletes that are injured during the race season, a pro-rated portion of the coaching fees may be refunded. BC Alpine fees, family memberships and fundraising fees, Insurance, Competitor and AAP cards are non-refundable.
Program fees are only refunded for medical reasons. Pre-existing medical conditions do not qualify for refunds. Refunds are subject to $100 administration fee. Event and race registration fees are non-refundable. Any fees to be refunded will be done at the end of the program season.
